Designed to support children and teens in learning critical coping skills through experiential and arts therapies. The strategies that participants learn, practice, and internalize as well as the successes they experience through this program support their emotional and mental well-being, help them learn to manage challenges and stressors, and prepare them for the new school year ahead. Therapies include: Art Therapy, Dance Movement Therapy, Recreation Therapy, Music Therapy, Improv Therapy, Drama Therapy, and Animal Assisted Therapy.

With National Public Radio recently reporting that over 14 million youth aren't attending school regularly, the urgency of addressing underlying mental health challenges contributing to nonattendance has never been clearer.
When symptoms of stress, anxiety, or depression feel overwhelming, we encourage individuals to access support and utilize coping skills like this one.
1. Breathe in deeply through your nose and feel your chest and abdomen expand for 4 counts (i.e. 1-2-3-4)
2. Hold your breath for 4 counts
3. Breathe out, exhaling fully, and feel your chest and abdomen fall, for 4 counts
4. Hold your breath for 4 counts
